Firms that wish to be considered for projects $2,500,000 and under must provide information using the Web Form below. Three firms will be short-listed on a per-project basis (or grouping of similar projects) and submitted to the director of the Department of Administration for appointment.
Firms with multiple locations should submit a form for each location.
Firm information can be updated at any time. Each submission will replace the previous information on file.
